This collection of personal information is in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Rule 3(1) of the IT Rules.

We collect this information for the following purposes:

• Facilitating the charging process and ensuring a seamless user experience
• Communicating with users regarding their charging sessions
• Providing customer support and assistance
• Complying with legal obligations and resolving any disputes or grievances

The collection of personal information serves the lawful and legitimate purposes of operating the charging station kiosk and fulfilling contractual obligations.
