This collection of personal information is in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Rule 3(1) of the IT Rules.

We collect this information for the following purposes:

  • Facilitating the charging process and ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Communicating with users regarding their charging sessions

Once the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your information, in accordance with Rule 5(3) of the IT Rules.

In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information, as mandated by Section 72A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Rule 6 of the IT Rules.
